Extragonadale Keimzelltumoren

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Diagnostik, Therapie und Verlauf von 10 Patienten mit extragonadalem Keimzelltumor dargelegt. Bei 6 der 10 Patienten fanden sich bei der Hodensonographie sowie bei der Histologie fibrotische Narben ohne Anhalt für Malignität. Ohne Metastasen bzw. Tumorrezidiv sind 7 der 8 Patienten, wobei die Nachbeobachtungszeit bei 1 œ bis 4 Jahren liegt.

Abstract

10 patients with extragonadal germ cell tumours are reviewed concerning diagnosis, therapy and follow-up. The ultrasound of the testicles revealed in 6 of 10 patients scars in the testicular parenchyma without malignancy, with could be proved by histology. 7 of the 8 patients how a still alive since 1 œ to 4 years are without evidence of disease.
