Zusammenfassung

Eine Harnleitermedialisierung, insbesondere bei einseitig rechtsseitigem Auftreten, schließt in die Differentialdiagnose einen retrocavalen Ureter ein. Die Computertomographie erbringt in der Regel die definitive Diagnose. Die Operationsmethode der Wahl ist eine Harnleiterdissektion und Reanastomose präcaval. Es wird ein Fall eines retrocavalen Harnleiters bei komplizierender Ureterolithiasis vorgestellt.

Abstract

Medial deviation of the ureter can be caused by a retrocaval course of the ureter. Radiological evaluation including contrast enhanced computer-tomography leads to an accurate diagnosis. Dissection of the ureter and antecaval reanastomosis is performed if indicated. A case of a retrocaval ureter with complications caused by ureterolithiasis is presented and therapy discussed.
