Zusammenfassung

Anomalien der Harnwege sind eine mögliche Ursache rezidivierender Urolithiasis. Der außergewöhnliche Fall eines steingefüllten extrarenalen Nierenbecken-Kelchdivertikels als Grund wiederholter Steinabgänge und die Problematik bei der Diagnostik werden beschrieben.

Abstract

Anomalies of the upper urinary tract are possibly a factor in the pathogenesis of recurrent urolithiasis. The rare case of a stone-containing extrarenal pyelocaliceal diverticula and the problems in differential diagnosis are described.
