Abstract

This paper describes a new commercially available room that integrates fluoroscopy and ultrasound for interventional radiology. It details the use of ultrasound for performing vascular and nonvascular interventional procedures. It describes the technical specifications, practical aspects, and other considerations involved in such a room.
