Abstract

This article reviews the practical application of computed tomography fluoroscopy (CTF) to percutaneous biopsies in the abdomen and pelvis. General techniques of CTF are discussed as well as specific applications in biopsies of the liver, pancreas, adrenal, kidney, and miscellaneous retroperitoneal and pelvic lesions. Advantages and limitations of CTF are addressed.
