Zusammenfassung
Einer hochentwickelten Technik und einem reichhaltigen wissenschaftlichen Schrifttum
aufseiten der Informationsgewinnung steht in der Röntgendiagnostik eine Stagnation,
ja ein Verfall der Informationsverarbeitung gegenüber. Auf der Suche nach Gründen
und Auswegen wird der Weg der röntgenologisch gewonnenen Information von Beginn an
verfolgt. Es ergeben sich kritische Gedanken zu Fehlentwicklungen in der Befundung
und zum Problem der Datenverarbeitung in der Röntgenologie. In Form von Skizzen wird
der Versuch unternommen, die Richtung zu bestimmen, in der die Aufarbeitung des Problemkomplexes
„Röntgenbefund” in der Zeit der Informatik weitergetrieben werden sollte.
Summary
Radiology has a highly developed technique, an extensive scientific literature and
is excellent for acquiring information; one must contrast with this the difficulties
in interpreting the information. In an attempt to find the reason for this, the process
of radiological interpretation has been scrutinised. Critical consideration has been
given to errors in the interpretation of the findings and to problems arising from
the use of the available data. An attempt is made, with the help of diagrams, to determine
a pathway for further development of information handling in x-ray diagnosis.
