Zusammenfassung

Die Technik der lumbalen Kathetermyelographie und -radikulographie wird nach experimentellen Untersuchungen an Göttinger Miniaturschweinen detailliert beschrieben. Die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Methode bei lateralen Raumforderungen und dysrhaphischen Fehlbildungen des lumbalen Spinalkanales und zur Verbesserung der diagnostischen Aussage bei weitem Spinalkanal werden diskutiert.

Summary

The technical procedure of lumbar myelography and radiculography with a catheter positioned in the subarachnoidal space is described. Minipigs were used for the experimental investigations. The indications of the method e. g. space occupying lesions localized in the lateral parts of the lumbar spinal canal, spinal dysrhaphia are discribed, and possible improvement of the examination of the large spinal canal by this technique is discussed.
