Die Röntgenmorphologie der Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita

Zusammenfassung

Die typischen Röntgenbefunde bei der Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) werden anhand von drei eigenen Fallbeobachtungen geschildert und auf die allgemein-klinische Problematik des Erkrankungssyndroms bezogen. In etwa 50 % der Fälle ist bereits frühkindlich die Trias Hüftluxation - Patellahypo- bzw. -aplasie - Klumpfußdeformität nachweisbar.

Summary

The typical radiological features of arthrogryposis multiplex congenita are illustrated by three patients seen by the authors and are related to the clinical problems of this syndrome. In about 50 % of cases the triad of subluxation of the hip, hypo- or aplasia of the patella and club foot are present at an early age.
