Zusammenfassung

Anhand der Auswertung von 385 pathologischen Computertomogrammen der Organe des kleinen Beckens werden die normale Anatomie, die Indikation zur CT und ihr Stellenwert im diagnostischen Procedere erörtert. Dabei wird besonders auf die Relevanz der computertomographisch gewonnenen Informationen für das therapeutische Vorgehen hingewiesen.

Summary

38.5 abnormal computer tomograms of the organs in the lesser pelvis were analysed; the normal anatomy, indications for CT and its value are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of the computer tomographic information for treatment.
