Malignes fibröses Histiozytom der Weichteile

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 4 eigene Beobachtungen eines malignen fibrösen Histiozytoms berichtet. Das radiologische Erscheinungsbild dieses Sarkoms wird analysiert. Pathognomonische Röntgenkriterien fanden sich nicht, aber der Nachweis von Hypervaskularisierung und Gefäßneoplasie im Angiogramm sowie von Absorptionswerten um 35 HE in der Computertomographie weisen auf ein faserreiches Sarkom hin. Entsprechend ist eine Abgrenzung gegenüber Abszeß, fettreichen Tumoren und primären Gefäßtumoren möglich.

Summary

Four cases of malignant fibrous histiocytomas are reported. An attempt is made to determine some characteristic roentgenologic features of this disease. There is no pathognomonic radiologic sign; however, angiographic documentation of hypervascularisation together with neovascularity and absorption values of about 35 HE in computed tomography suggest a predominantly fibrous sarcoma. Differential diagnosis on abscess formation, tumours of the fat tissue and primary vascular neoplasm should be performed and these conditions ruled out if not applicable.
