Zusammenfassung
Die computertomographischen (n = 12) und sonographischen (n = 10) Untersuchungen in
der Primärdiagnostik und Verlaufskontrolle bei Patienten mit malignen Lymphomen des
Magens zeigten, daß der raumfordernde Prozeß mit intra- und teils extra-luminärer
Ausdehnung sowie der Befall der einzelnen Magenabschnitte gut dokumentiert werden
konnte. Bei der Verlaufsdiagnostik konnte insbesondere computertomographisch der Effekt
der Radiatio bzw. Chemotherapie verifiziert werden.
Summary
Computer tomographic (12 cases) and sonographic (10 cases) examinations were carried
out in patients with malignant lymphomas of the stomach, both for primary diagnosis
and follow-up. The intraluminal and extraluminal extension of the disease and the
involvement of various parts of the stomach could be well demonstrated. During follow-up,
the effect of radiation and chemotherapy was observed particularly well by computed
tomography.
