Grenzen der Differenzierung fokaler Milzläsionen durch Sonographie und Computertomographie

Zusammenfassung

Anhand der Ergebnisse von 192 simultan untersuchten Patienten werden Vor- und Nachteile von Sonographie und Computertomographie in der Diagnostik fokaler Milzläsionen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anatomie und Topographie der Milz dargestellt. Das relativ uniforme Bild verschiedener herdförmiger Läsionen im Sonogramm und Computertomogramm wird demonstriert und die Grenzen der Differenzierbarkeit sowie die Bedeutung von Angiographie und Szintigraphie erörtert.

Summary

Based on the results of sonographic and CT-findings in 192 patients the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonography and CT in the diagnosis of splenic lesions are presented with particular emphasis on anatomy and topography. The relatively uniform presentation of various focal lesions in ultrasonography and CT is demonstrated and the limits of differentiation are discussed. The importance of angiography and scintigraphy is also mentioned.
