Zusammenfassung:
Primär retroperitoneale Tumoren sind seltene, meist maligne Geschwülste. Ihre Diagnosestellung
ist schwierig und erfordert oftmals eine operative Freilegung. Die Nervenscheidentumoren,
Neurinome und Neurofibrome, zählen zu den wenigen benignen Formen. Wir berichten über
einen Patienten mit einem Neurofibrom ungewöhnlicher Lokalisation: paraprostatisch.
Abstract
Primary retroperitoneal neoplasma are rare, usually malignant, tumors. Diagnosis is
difficult and surgical exploration often required. Among the few benign forms, the
neurinoma and neurofibroma, both benign nerve sheath tumors, have been identified.
We report a case of neurofibroma of unusual localization: paraprostatic.
