Summary

Three patients with epidermoid tumours of the cerebellopontine angle presented with trigeminal neuralgia. The patients were relieved of their symptoms by surgical excision of the tumour. Diagnosis and treatment of this condition is discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Drei Patienten mit Epidermoidtumoren des Kleinhirnbrückenwinkels hatten eine Trigeminusneuralgie. Die chirurgische Entfernung des Tumoren ließ auch die Symptome der Trigeminusneuralgie verschwinden. Diagnose und Behandlung der Erkrankung werden besprochen.
