Zusammenfassung

Aneurysmen der Arteria cerebelli anterior inferior am Abgang der Arteria auditiva sind selten. Bisher wurden 14 Fälle publiziert, wobei in 12 Fällen eine operative Behandlung vorgenommen wurde. Wir stellen einen 15. Fall vor, der 30 Stunden nach einer stattgefundenen Subarachnoidalblutung operiert und mit dem Kalziumantagonisten Nimodipin behandelt wurde. Der klinische Verlauf, die neuroradiologischen Befunde und der operative Situs werden präsentiert.

Abstract

Aneurysms of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery at the origin of the internal auditory artery are uncommon. Up to the present time 14 cases have been published, and in twelve of these operative treatment was undertaken. We now present a Fifteenth case which was operated on thirty hours after the subarachnoid haemorrhage had occurred and was treated with the calcium antagonist Nimodipine. The clinical course, the neuroradiological findings and the operative Situation are presented.
