Der Eiweißgehalt des Liquors bei Patienten mit lumbalen Diskushernien

Zusammenfassung

An unserer Klinik haben wir Gesamteiweißwerte im Liquor von Patienten, die wegen Diskushernie in Behandlung standen (operierte und konservativ behandelte Gruppen), untersucht und dabei deren diagnostische Bedeutung, ihren Zusammenhang mit den anamnestischen Daten, den Symptomen, dem Operationsbefund und dem postoperativen Zustand berücksichtigt.

Abstract

CSF protein levels of two groups of patients suffering from herniated lumbar intervertebral disc disease, who were treated either conservatively or surgically were examined. By relating CSF protein level to presenting symptoms and signs, to the findings of the operation, and to the postoperative condition of the patients its diagnostic importance has been defined.
