Summary

Three patients with symptomatic haemorrhagic necrosis and infarction of the pituitary gland are described. They showed a range of clinical presentation, diagnostic pitfalls and diversity of treatment.

Zusammenfassung

Drei Patienten mit symptomatischer hämorrhagischer Nekrose und Infarkt der Hypophyse werden beschrieben. Sie zeigten eine Reihe klinischer Symptome, diagnostischer Schwierigkeiten und hatten eine verschiedene Therapie.
