Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen 11 Monate alten Patienten berichtet mit subarachnoidal-intramedullärem Epidermoid Th 11-S1. Sekundäre intradurale Abszeßbildung bei Pilonidalsinus. Rückbildung der schweren neurologischen Symptome nach operativer Behandlung. Es werden Probleme der Pathologie, Symptomatologie, Diagnostik sowie der Therapie besprochen.

Abstract

We reported on an 11-month-old baby suffering from intramedullary subarachnoid epidermoid from D 11 to S1. Secondary intradural abscess in the pilonidal sinus. Regression of neurological Symptoms after neurosurgical treatment. The author discusses problems involving pathology, Symptoms, diagnosis and treatment.
