Zusammenfassung
Ausgehend von alten und neuen Befunden über Entwicklung und Abbau des Nervensystems sowie über Hirnplastizität werden Deafferentierungsphänomene im sensiblen, schmerzempfindenden, visuellen und akustischen System diskutiert, und es wird ein Ausblick über weitere Anwendungsmöglichkeiten des Deafferentierungskonzepts gegeben.
Abstract
Old and new findings on development and regression of the nervous system in relation to brain plasticity are presented as deafferentiation phenomena in the sensory, nociceptive, visual and auditory systems. Other applications of the deafferentiation concept are discussed.
