Summary

Diagnostic work-up and management of intracranial arachnoid cysts are still controversial. The authors have standardized a therapeutic protocol based on the informations derived from CSF contrast flow studies. The report concerns 16 cases of intracranial arachnoid cysts treated according to their protocol.

Zusammenfassung

Die diagnostische Vorbereitung und das operative Vorgehen bei intrakraniellen Arachnoidalzysten sind noch umstritten. Die Verfasser haben einen therapeutischen Plan auf der Grundlage von Liquorkontrastflußstudien ausgearbeitet. Der Bericht betrifft 16 Fälle von intrakraniellen Arachnoidalzysten, die nach diesen Plan behandelt wurden.
