Die Judet-Endoprothese - eine Möglichkeit der Versorgung von Problemhüften

Zusammenfassung

Nach 2œ jähriger Erfahrung mit der zementlos zu implantierenden Judet-Endoprothese wird über erste Ergebnisse in speziellen Fällen berichtet. Der Einbau dieses Prothesentyps bei gutem Implantatlager bereitet keine Schwierigkeiten. Auch bei speziellen Indikationen wie der Dysplasie-Koxarthrose, der Protrusionshüfte und beim Prothesenwechsel haben wir gute Ergebnisse gesehen. Auf die Vergrößerung bzw. Verbesserung des Prothesenbettes durch besondere Techniken wird hingewiesen.

Abstract

After an experience of two and a half years with the cementless total hip replacement after Judet we report about the preminilary results in special cases. The implantation of this model of prosthesis is not difficult in case of a good bony stock. We achieved also good results in special indications like in coxarthritis after CDH, hip protrusion and revisions of loosened endoprosthesis. Special techniques are pointed out to enlarge or improve the prosthetic anchorage.
