Zusammenfassung

Die Daumenrekonstruktion durch freie Transplantation der zweiten Zehe mit mikrovaskulären Anastomosen ist zur Zeit die beste Methode für die Rekonstruktion des Daumens. Man kann sie in einer Sitzung erledigen.

Abstract

Reconstruction of the thumb by free grafting of the second toe, with microvascular anastomoses, is at present the best method of reconstructing the thumb. It can be accomplished at a single sitting.
