Zur Klinik und Radiologie der ankylosierenden Spondylitis

Abstract

From the manifold and versatile panorama of clinic and radiology of ankylosing spondylitis, only few aspects have been selected for the present article, preceded by a nosological definition of the disease; the subjects treated here are those with which the author himself is particularly concerned, namely, the nosological process elements of ankylosing spondylitis, their nosomorphosis, description of juvenile ankylosing spondylitis with an outline of the juvenile iliosacral transformation, morphological notes on syndesmophytosis and the structural dynamic explanation of discovertebral transformation processes, description and typology of arthritic involvement of the joints of the limbs, and, finally, a brief description of humoral-systemic and immunological parameters.

Zusammenfassung

Aus dem reichhaltigen und vielgestaltigen Panorama der Klinik und Radiologie der ankylosierenden Spondylitis wurden, nach einer nosologischen Definition des Leidens, nur wenige Gesichtspunkte herausgegriffen, die dem Arbeitsgebiet des Autors besonders nahestehen: Die nosologischen Prozeßelemente der Sp. a., ihre Nosomorphose, die Darstellung der juvenilen Sp. a. mit Skizzierung des juvenilen Iliosakralumbaus, morphologische Bemerkungen zur Syndesmophytose und eine strukturdynamische Erklärung der diskovertebralen Umbauvorgänge, Erwähnung und Typisierung der arthritischen Mitbeteiligung von Gliedmaßengelenken und schließlich die knappe Darstellung humoral-systemischer und immunologischer Parameter.
