Abstract

This is a report on a case of Behçet's syndrome in a 37- year old man starting in the 6th year of life and associated with aphthosis, relapsing iritides and conjunctivitides, sacroiliac arthritis or spondyloarthritis and involvement of peripheral joints. The x-ray image of vertebral column and toe joints corresponds to that of a psoriasis arthritis or psoriasis spondylitis. HLA B 27 is positive.

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über einen Fall von Behçet-Syndrom bei einem 37jährigen Mann, das, im 6. Lebensjahr beginnend, mit bipolarer Aphthose, rezidivierenden Iritiden und Konjunktivitiden, Sakroiliakalarthritis bzw, Spondylarthritis und peripherer Gelenkbeteiligung einhergeht. Das röntgenologische Erscheinungsbild an der Wirbelsäule und den Zehengelenken entspricht dem einer Psoriasis-Arthritis bzw. Psoriasis-Spondylitis. Das HLA B 27 ist positiv.
