Abstract
A thirtynine year old woman was hospitalized with the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
Signs and symptoms mimikrying this primary diagnosis were, in effect, caused by a
glomus tumor of the right fourth finger. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the
glomus tumor in general are being presented and discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Eine 39jährige Patientin wurde mit der Diagnose »rheumatoide Arthritis« stationär
aufgenommen. Klinischem Bild und Symptome, die zu dieser Diagnose geführt hatten,
lag ein Glomustumor des rechten Ringfingers zugrunde. Diagnose und Differentialdiagnose
des Glomustumors werden anhand einer Kasuistik dargestellt und diskutiert.
