Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Patienten mit langjähriger beruflicher Toluol-Exposition berichtet, der eine akute Blausinnstörung entwickelte. Sämtliche Befunde und die Differentialdiagnose werden erläutert.

Summary

A patient who had been exposed to toluol for ten years developed acute erythropsia. The examinations leading to the diagnosis and the possible differential diagnosis are discussed.
