Eine neue Lagerungsklappe zur Operationsvorbereitung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine neue Lagerungshilfe für die Lagerung auf dem Operationstisch berichtet. Es handelt sich um ein klappenförmiges, strahlendurchlässiges Gestell, das bei der Lagerung des Patienten auf dem Operationstisch in zusammengeklapptem Zustand unter Bein, Gesäß, Schulter oder Arm des Patienten gelegt wird. Bei Bedarf kann vor oder während der Operation durch Variation der Aufklappung eine Lagerungsänderung der Extremitäten herbeigeführt werden. Bevorzugt wird das Gerät bei Operationen an den unteren Extremitäten eingesetzt. Es hat sich in der Praxis hervorragend bewährt.

Abstract

The present paper describes a new aid for positioning the patient on the operating table. This aid is a hinged, radioparent board which is laid under the leg, buttocks, shoulder, or arm - folded flat - when positioning the patient. If necessary, the position of the extremities can be altered before or during the operation by varying the degree to which the flap is raised. The device is particularly suitable for surgery on the lower limbs, and has proves extremely useful in practice.
