Zusammenfassung

Avaskuläre Femurkopfnekrosen nach Trochanterfrakturen sind bis jetzt in der Literatur nicht beschrieben worden. Wir sind in der Lage, den Fall eines zwölfjährigen Mädchens vorzustellen und wollen die Ursachen, die dabei zur Femurkopfnekrose geführt haben, diskutieren.

Abstract

Avascular necrosis of the femoral head after fractures of the major or minor trochanter have not been published yet. We are able to present such a casereport of a 12 years old girl. We discuss the different reasons for femoral head necrosis by this case.
