Zusammenfassung
Der plastische Sehnenersatz des vorderen Kreuzbandes hat an klinischer Bedeutung zugenommen. Um die Stabilität zu erhöhen, wird eine gestiehlte Sehnenplastik vorgestellt, bei der der Verlauf der Sehne im Kniegelenk gedoppelt verlegt wird.
Die ersten Nachuntersuchungsergebnisse zeigten eine erhöhte Stabilität der Kniegelenke.
Abstract
Sport injuries very often carry on ruptures of the anterior crucial ligament. Our operative method for compensation is a double tendon procedure of the Semitendinosus-Tendon. In this way it is possible to raise the stability of the knee.
