Mittelfristige Ergebnisse mit der zementfreien „Link“-Endoprothese

Zusammenfassung

Seit 3/84 sind 340 Erstimplantationen mit dem zementfreien Hüftsystem „Link“-Rippen-Typ „V“ vorgenommen worden. Nach durchschnittlich 3,1 Jahren wurden lediglich in 2,17% Revisionen des Schaftes sowie in 0,77% der Pfanne notwendig. Die klinische Beurteilung der Ergebnisse nach Merle d'Aubigné zeigte eine deutliche Besserung des Schmerzbefundes von 2,87 auf 5,38%, des Gangbildes von 3,68 auf 5,27%, sowie auch der Beweglichkeit von 133° auf 199°. Ein subjektiv und objektiv hoher Anteil an guten und befriedigenden Ergebnissen in mittelfristigen Kontrollen erwiesen das vorgestellte anatomische Implantat als eine gute Alternative in der Versorgung junger Patienten.

Abstract

Since 3/84 340 primary implantations with the uncemented “Link” hip system (Rib-Typ V socket) were done. The results with an average follow up of 3,2 years are published. Only 2,17% revision had to be suffered in the rib stein, while 0,77% socket revision had to be done. According to the score of Merle d'Aubigné the values of pain increased from 2,87% to 5,38%, Walking ability from 3,68% to 5,27% and the range of motion from 133° to 199°. A high rate of good and satisfying results proved this anatomical implant system to be a good alternative in total hip replacement in younger patients.
