Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein Kind mit Freeman-Sheldon-Syndrom berichtet. Außer den bekannten Veränderungen an Gesicht, Händen und Füßen konnte hier auch eine hohe Luxation der linken Hüfte festgestellt werden. Die differentialdiagnostische Abklärung zur Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita wird begründet.

Abstract

A case of the rare Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome combined with a high luxation of the left hip is reported. The importance of differential diagnosis to arthrogryposis multiplex congenita is explained.
