Zusammenfassung
Die Ursache des Hallux valgus ist die Insuffizienz des intermetatarsalen Bandes zwischen dem 1. und 2. Metatarsalköpfchen. Der Verfasser ist der Ansicht, daß die kausale Therapie in der Rekonstruktion des Bandes liegt. Dazu wird ein Operationsverfahren vorgestellt, das 91% sehr gute bis gute Spätergebnisse aufweist.
Abstract
The cause of Hallux valgus lies in the insufficience of the intermetatarsal band between the 1st and 2nd metatarsal heads. The author believes that the reconstruction of the band provides a causal therapy. To this end, the proposed operation procedure shows, that in 91% of cases, there are from good to very good long lasting results.
