Zusammenfassung

Die Elektromyographie des Sphinktersystems erlaubt reproduzierbare und objektive Hinweise auf mögliche neuromuskuläre Schädigungen dieses Bereiches. Deshalb ist diese Methode eine wertvolle Bereicherung zur präoperativen Abklärung der Pathogenese der Harninkontinenz der Frau.

Abstract

Electromyographic investigations of the sphincters of bladder and rectum allow reproduceable and objective signs oi possible lesions of this region. That's why we use this method to identify preoperatively the pathogenesis of female urinary incontinence.
