Komplikationen bei der Mutter nach Leitungsanästhesien unter der Geburt

Zusammenfassung

Die Gefährdung der Mutter bei Lokal- und Leitungsanästhesien unter der Geburt ist für die Indikation der Verfahren und die Aufklärung der Schwangeren vor der Entbindung von Bedeutung. Daten über Komplikationen bei der Mutter aus der Zeit nach 1960 bei Anwendung der Pudendusanästhesie, des parazervikalen Blockes, der Spinalanästhesie zur vaginalen Entbindung und zur Sectio, der lumbalen Periduralanästhesie als single-shot und als Kathetermethode sowie der Kaudalanästhesie geben Anhaltspunkte über das anästhesiologische Risiko.

Abstract

The danger of maternal complications during local and conduction anaesthesia during delivery is important for the indication for the choice of the method and for informed consent from the patient prior to delivery. Data on maternal complications since 1960 in the use of the pudendal block, the paracervical block, spinal anaes thesia for vaginal deliveries and Caesarean sections, single shot lumbar epidural anaesthesia and continous catheter lumbar epidural anaesthesias and caudal anaesthesias are presented. The respective anaestheticrisk apparent from this data are discussed.
