An einem Fallbericht wird die erfolgreiche operative Behandlung einer ausgeprägten postoperativen Scheidenstenose durch eine Haut-Bulbokavernosus-Fettlappenplastik dargestellt.
Abstract
Successful surgical treatment of a severe postoperative vaginal stenosis by a skin-bulbocavernosus-fat flap graft is described with reference to a case history.
