Abstract
A 17 year old girl with gonadal dysgenesis and regular menstruation since the sge
of 12years is described. Her karyotype from peripheral blood lymphocytes is 45 XO/46
XXqi, the fibroblast culture demonstrated 46XXqi. The origin of the X-isochromosome
is discussed on the basis of x-chromosomal inherited characteristics. In this case
it seems to be of paternal origin.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird über eine 17jährige Patientin mit Gonadendysgenesie und seit dem 12. Lebensjahr
bestehenden Menstruationsblutungen berichtet. Der Karyotyp aus der Lymphozytenkultur
ist 45 XO/46 XXqi, aus der Fibroblastenkultur 46 XXqi. Die Herkunft des Isochromosoms
wird aufgrund x-chromosomal vererbter Eigenschaften diskutiert, in diesem Fall scheint
es vom Vater zu stammen.
