Abstract
We report about 32 operated children with 40 complicated refluxes. 10 of the operated
children suffered from double kidneys with double ureters. We examined these children
before and 3 years after the operation.
The data were registrated according to the recommendations of Jacobsson, Claesson,
Olsson and Ringertz.
We operated on 22 children because of 30 complicated refluxes. 20 out of the 30 measured
kidneys showed normal data before the operation, 8 of these 20 kidneys developed normally
after the operation, 12 times this was not the case. However, all of these unsatisfactory
or worsened data were within the standard deviation. In this group pathological values
were not found.
Among 10 out of 30 renal units which were out of the standard deviation, when measured
before the operation, 3 kidneys improved and showed data within standard deviation
after the operation. 7 kidneys continued to have pathological data, all out of the
standard deviation. 2 of these 7 afflicted kidneys showed even worse values after
the operation in comparison to the preoperative pathological values.
Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über 32 Kinder mit insgesamt 40 komplexen Refluxzuständen, die operiert
wurden. Bei 10 Patienten lag eine Verdoppelung der Nieren und Harnleiter vor. Diese
Kin-Kinder wurden vor und 3 Jahre nach dem Eingriff untersucht.
Die Werte wurden entsprechend den Empfehlungen von Jacobsson, Claesson, Olsson und
Ringertz aufgezeichnet.
22 Kinder mit 30 komplexen Refluxen wurden operiert. Bei 20 der 30 Nieren lagen die
präoperativen Werte im Normbereich, in 8 von den 20 Nieren war die postoperative Entwicklung
ebenfalls normal, bei den 12 restlichen jedoch nicht. Alle unzufriedenstellenden bzw.
verschlechterten Werte blieben jedoch noch innerhalb der Standardabweichung. Es wurden
in dieser Gruppe keine pathologischen Werte festgestellt.
Unter 10 von insgesamt 30 Nieren, bei denen die präoperativ gemessenen Werte außerhalb
des Normbereichs lagen, konnte in 3 Nieren eine postoperative Verbesserung mit Werten
innerhalb des Normbereichs festgestellt werden. Bei 7 Nieren waren die Werte nach
wie vor pathologisch; bei 2 von diesen 7 Nieren waren die Werte nach dem Eingriff
sogar noch schlechter.
