Zusammenfassung
Sport ist auch bei rheumatischer Grunderkrankung und endoprothetischem Gelenkersatz
zu empfehlen. Die Sportart muss individuell auf den Befall der Gelenke abgestimmt
werden. Bislang gibt es keinen Zusammenhang zwischen Frühlockerung endoprothetisch
versorgter Gelenke bei rheumatischer Grunderkrankung und Sport. Sport unter Wettkampfbedingungen
sollte jedoch vermieden werden.
Abstract
Sports in rheumatic diseases and joint prosthesis is to be recommended. The art of
the sport has to be coordinated with the seizure of joints. Up to now there is no
relation between early loosening of joint prosthesis in rheumatic disease and sports.
Sports of a competitive nature are to be avoided.
