Zusammenfassung

Zur postoperativen Überwachung des freien Dünndarmsegmentes im Halsbereich hat sich in unserer Klinik ein kutanes Fenster direkt über dem Transplantat zur Beurteilung der Serosadurchblutung bewährt.

Summary

For postoperative monitoring of free jejunal transplants, a small hole in the skin right above the small bowel in the neck is used. The colour of the serosa yields Information on the blood supply of the loop.
