Zusammenfassung

Es wird der bisher in der Literatur nicht aufzufindende Fall einer intra-extralaryngealen Epidermiszyste berichtet. Die Genese des Befundes und auch die Technik der operativen Behandlung werden diskutiert.

Summary

The case of an intra-extralaryngeal epidermal cyst not previously described in the literature, is reported. The genesis of findings, as well as the technique of surgical treatment, are discussed.
