Zusammenfassung
Das mesenchymale Chondrosarkom ist eine seltene Variante der Chondrosarkome, die im Vergleich zum klassischen Chondrosarkom Besonderheiten aufweist. Anhand des Krankheitsverlaufes eines 26jährigen Mannes mit einem mesenchymalen Chondrosarkom des Oberkiefers werden klinische Symptomatik, differentialdiagnostische Erwägungen sowie morphologische Befunde und derzeitige Therapie erörtert.
Summary
Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a variant that shows some peculiarities in comparison with classical chondrosarcomas. On the basis of a case report on a young man with a mesenchymal chondrosarcoma of the maxilla, the clinical symptomatology and diagnostics, morphological findings and actual therapy are discussed. In addition, problems of differential diagnosis are also discussed.
