Zusammenfassung
Bei der stimmlichen Indisposition von Bühnensängern haben funktionelle Ursachen eine mindestens ebenso große Bedeutung wie entzündliche Veränderungen an den Schleimhäuten. Die Therapie muß diese Tatsache unter Beachtung der Sängerpersönlichkeit berücksichtigen.
Summary
In the event of vocal failure in professional singers, functional causes are at least as important as inflammatory mucosal lesions. Treatment should take both possibilities into account, together with the personality of the singer.
