Syringome

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 24-jährigen Patienten hatten sich in der Pubertät erythematöse Papeln am Hals und am vorderen Dekolleté entwickelt. Der klinisch-morphologische Befund ließ differenzialdiagnostisch an eine Urticaria pigmentosa, an ein Granuloma anulare disseminatum oder an eine kleinknotige Sarkoidose denken. Erst die histopathologische Beurteilung, bei der ein Adnextumor mit ekkriner Differenzierung nachgewiesen werden konnte, führte zur Diagnose eruptiver Syringome. Die hier vorgestellte Kasuistik wird zum Anlass genommen, die verschiedenen klinischen und histopathologischen Variationen der Syringome zu besprechen.

Abstract

A 24-years-old male suddenly developed red papules at the neck and the breast during his puberty. The clinical-morphologic findings led to the following differential-diagnosis: urticaria pigmentosa, disseminated granuloma anulare or sarcoidosis. Interestingly, the histological examination revealed an appendageal tumour of eccrine origin, with the diagnosis of eruptive syringomas. This case report is followed by the presentation of different clinical and histological variations of syringomas.
