B-Zell-Non-Hogdkin-Lymphom des Duodenums

Zusammenfassung

Gastrointestinale Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome (NHL) sind seltene Neoplasien des Abdomens. Wir berichten über einen Patienten, bei dem durch eine Gastroskopie ein follikuläres Lymphom im Duodenum gefunden wurde. Die Ausbreitungsdiagnostik erbrachte einen weiteren Lymphombefall im Bereich der Tonsillen. Damit handelt es sich um ein B-Zell-NHL im Stadium IV.

Abstract

Gastrointestinal Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas are relatively rare neoplasms of the abdomen. We report about 54-year-old man, in whom we found a follicular lymphoma in the duodenum by upper GI-endoscopy. The primary staging also showed a lymphoma of the tonsils. This findings suggested that the Non-Hodgkin's tumor fulfill the criteria for a B-cell-Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in stadium IV.
