66 women were operated for tubal pregnancy in which endometriosis genitalia externa was diagnosed. Patients were average 30,0 year-old (from 22 to 36). In 32 patients tubal excision of partially damaged fallopian tube was carried out, and in remaining ones the pregnancy was removed by tubal incision or excision of damaged wall and end-to-end anastomosis. In all patients the thermocoagulation of all visible endometriotic implants was performed and in one woman ovarian endometriosis was excised and ovarian reconstruction performed. Hormonal treatment was carried out by use Danazol, Decapeptyl, Zoladex for half a year. During 1–3 year-follow-up 50 out of 66 women were pregnant, that is 75,1% of treated women. The spontaneous abortion appeared in 10 cases (15,1%) and one ectopic tubal pregnancy in unoperated fallopian tube was noted.
