Uretheral varices is a rare disease of venouse pampiniform around the collecting system and the urether.
The condition could cause hematuria pain and proteinuria. We present a case of young girl presented to er because of loin pain and by ultrasound was found a tortouse tubolose structure in the sinus of the kidney thought to be first a hydronephrosis and after application of doppler found to be a big vessel of blood.
We present in this poster the differenzial diagnosis and the correct cause of this specific pathology of this case.
