Objectives: To evaluate the supraclavicular, infraclavicular and axillary lesions during the ultrasound exploration of the breast.

Methods: In 300 breast ultrasounds also the supraclavicular, infraclavicular and axillary regions were studied (B-Mode and Color Doppler).

Results: Beside normal lymph nodes following pathology was also found: malignant axillary lymph nodes from the breast but also from other primary tumors (thyroid, lung, malignant melanoma), lymphoma such as benign conditions (lipoma, cystic lesions, abscess).

Conclusions: During the breast ultrasound several pathology can be detected in the supraclavicular, infraclavicular and axillary areas. Its differential diagnosed will be presented and discussed.
