Neue Leitlinien zur Endodontologie im Milchgebiss

In der letzten Sonderausgabe des International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry wurden die Leitlinien bezüglich der endodontischen Behandlungsverfahren an Molaren der 1. Dentition aktualisiert (UK National Clinical Guidelines in Paediatric Dentistry: Pulp therapy for primary molars [15]). Anhand der Leitlinie werden Behandlungsrichtlinien für die endodontische Behandlung von Milchmolaren vorgestellt. Vor allem für das Verfahren der Pulpotomie konnten die Autoren evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen erarbeiten.

The recent special issue of the International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry showed an actual modification of the guidelines relating endodontic treatment of primary molars (UK National Clinical Guidelines in Paediatric Dentistry: Pulp therapy for primary molars [15]). These guidelines cover the principles for endodontic treatment in the first dentition. Especially pulpotomies were described as evidence-based treatment option.
