Abstract

A trimer of noracronycine has been isolated from the mixture obtained after treating noracronycine with methanolic hydrochloric acid, and its structure deduced by partial synthesis of the dihydro derivative, and examination of the ¹H NMR spectral parameters in comparison with those obtained for the two dimers reported previously.
