Abstract

From bark extracts of Juniperus communis L. (Cupressaceae) some dimeric proanthocyanidins have been isolated and their structures elucidated. They belong to the procyanidin typs B1, B2, B3 and B4, what means that there is a C4 to C8′ linkage.
